Job Description:

Doing research for acquiring client data
Creation of client database.
Maintaining of follow-up list.
Calling clients to acquire the business
Meet revenue targets set up by the management
Training and maintaining the marketing team
Maintain inbound/outbound communication with clients in acquiring the business
Office hours will be on the flexible shift, i.e. 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Or 10:00 AM- 6:00 PM.

Experience:

Minimum 1 years’ experience in sales (data mining and online research)
1+ years’ experience telemarketing.

Skills and Qualifications:

MBA/Graduation
Fluent in both spoken and written English is a MUST.
Telemarketing skills are an added advantage
Research based data creation ability.
Strong leadership & communication skills.
Good verbal and written communication.
Strong customer focus with the ability to identify and solve problems
Need to manage own team & provide necessary directions.
Ability to organize, prioritize and manage workflow
Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: Negotiable

Other Benefits: Lunch or dinner and snacks during office hours will be provided by office.
